The Brooklyn Nets just released their new logo. Color me underwhelmed. It resembles the new “hipster” design trend with the simple black/white lined monogram. This looks like the “Free Logo” an online t-shirt company would give you if you placed an order of 300+ shirts for them. The stretched and curved type is nothing special and the city name is just slapped under the logo.
I give this a C-
At least it’s not the NBA logo trend from the 90’s that the Pistons, Rockets, Nuggets, Jazz & 76’ers fell victim to. (Thankfully they’ve all changed since then.

It was just a matter of time for someone to make use of Pinterest’s fast growing user base. Does it relate to Honda? Eh, not really, but it is a nicely designed and executed campaign.
